Vinit’s career in sales began over 25 years ago. He has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in a wide variety of commercial roles while working his way up the corporate ladder.

His expertise is in problem solving, analysing trends and scoping out new business opportunities as well as managing teams of different shapes and sizes. He is the author of Slice which encourages aspiring sales professionals to harness the power of personal development; and the founder of London School of Sales, which provides e-learning and performance coaching to sales teams and managers. 

Before starting his own business he was the commercial director for a large UK-based SME, where he developed his sales leadership skills and successfully implemented numerous change programmes. He has a passion for building high-performance teams by inspiring, motivating and coaching colleagues and team members to deliver great customer experience whilst focusing on continuous improvement. 

Vinit has an abundance of commercial and operational experience. This has helped him build a track record of creating sustainable value and delivering ROI by translating strategic objectives into innovative, commercially viable solutions. He excels at implementing complex change projects to enable step change or transformations with a long-term vision in mind, whilst setting direction at pace which provides clarity and focus with a fun, high energy leadership style. 

Vinit values and follows the principles of Jainism and is focused on improving his understanding and our impact on the world. He firmly believes in the importance of down time away from work and enjoys meditation to refocus his mind and relax. Vinit enjoys and partakes in a wide variety of sports, travelling and learning about different cultures. He is an avid reader of both thought leadership and fictional novels and always looking for ways to improve himself and learn. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and each year plans experiences that will force him out of his comfort zone.
