The Speaker

Roshan Thiran is the Founder and CEO of Leaderonomics, a prominent social enterprise in Asia Pacific focused on leadership development.
He began his career at Exxon-Mobil and later joined General Electric (GE), where he held various roles in finance and media initiatives.
He also worked at NBC and played a significant role in GE’s global projects.
In 1999, he became CFO & Executive Director of GE Engines Services Malaysia, leading its successful turnaround.
Roshan later joined GE Crotonville to spearhead leadership development efforts in Asia Pacific and Australia.
In 2007, he became the Director of Global Talent Management at Johnson & Johnson.
Roshan is a renowned thought leader in leadership and frequently speaks at global conferences.
He has received several awards in business, HR, and leadership development.
Additionally, he hosts a TV show, writes newspaper columns, and has a weekly radio segment.
