Susheela Chandrasegaran

Sheela is an accomplished trainer and has been in the Corporate Arena for the past 28 years.  Specifically, the areas of Customer Service, Business Practices and Human Resources arena.  She has worked with General Electric International Inc. for 20 years and had held many roles within the organisation. 

Previously, she graduated from a diploma in Media and Communications. After that she started working in GE Engine Services Malaysica. In GE Aircraft Engines, she has held various roles begining with Customer Service Account Manager, Business Practices & Compliance Leader, Six Sigma Black Belt for Finance. She had also conducted various types of training i.e Six Sigma, LEAN Process, 7 Habits for Highly Effective People, Presentation Skills etc. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and was Instrumental in the development and implementation of strategic HR projects within GE. 

Sheela’s field of training expertise is in Essential Leadership Skills, Effective Coaching Skills, Presentation Skills, Managing Teams, Six Sigma/LEAN Processes, Change Accleration Programme, Effective Communication Skills, Team Building and Facilitation Skills.

Sheela is also a certified Behavioural and Career Consultant. Sheela has facilitated various corporate strategy initiatives for various organisations such as University Kebangsaan Malaysia, HELP College, University Malaya, University Sains Malaysia, Talent2 Inc, General Electric International Inc, GE Engine Services Malaysia, Malaysia Airlines Bhd, World Airways Bhd, American Chamber of Commerce – YE Programme and Sime Darby Group, where participants have reaped great successes in terms of increasing sales, improving relationships in organisations and home, achieving promotions in career, attaining a higher level of inner peace and completely eliminating stress.
