Deepa is a passionate HR Practitioner and trainer who has worked with corporations over the last 23 years in the wide and varied field of people practices. Her passion for HR was first fueled by her interest in Psychology when she pursued her Bachelors in Australia in 1993, followed later by validating that interest through a certification with our very own Malaysian Institute of Personnel Management in 1995 (now known as MIHRM).

Deepa’s background can be best summarized as follows:

Exposure at Highly reputable organisations with varied global perspectives from USA and Europe through experiences at Maxis as a semi-pioneer employee, ABN AMRO bank, DHL Express and Roche Pharmaceuticals.

She had the privilege to gain regional HR experience and contribute to enhancing people practises in South East Asia beyond our own shores in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines.

Deepa confidently provides professional consulting in all aspects of HR from recruiting, training, performance management, engagement and other generalist aspects thanks to her strong management exposure leading the HR function.

Facilitation of the organisation’s people agenda, HR strategy and goals within the company including survey analysis, feedback and training.
