The Speaker
Soo is an internationally certified coach and a trainer, with the passion to empower leaders for success.
With more than two decades of corporate experience in leadership, strategy and marketing, Soo has served in established multinational organizations and her last were in senior management roles. Her strength apart from being a coaching-leader, is in strategy and marketing, specifically in balancing strategic brand building with operational capability to deliver sustainable growth. She was a recipient of multiple marketing awards namely Effie and Brand Laureate awards.
In her present capacity, she trains and coaches in multiple industries locally and abroad mainly in South East Asia. To date, she has the privilege to work with some reputable clients in fast moving consumer goods, banks, luxury automobile, healthcare travel and tourism, media agency, retail and others. With the practical experience gained in people development whilst in corporate sector, Soo leverages her experience to help leaders accelerate and unlock their professional and personal growth.
Beyond her professional endeavors, she also believes in servant leadership and had served as a Board Member of the International Coach Federation Malaysia chapter in 2021 and currently as Internal Auditor for the term 2022-2024. She was also recently awarded the “101 Most Iconic Coaching Leaders (Global)” in the 2023 World HRD Congress in Mumbai, India as her contribution to the coaching community.
