Seelan V. Karthi is a full time Professional Coach, Corporate Trainer and Speaker. He has coached and trained, students, graduates, non-executive level to senior managers with the purpose to make them better individuals in what they do best and how they contribute back to society. He has an elaborate 17 years of work experience in various industries namely semiconductors, academia, research and development, IT, telecommunications, BPO, media and broadcasting, investment holdings, omni-channel shopping in Penang, Manila and Kuala Lumpur. He has held various managerial positions with the last being Sr. Assistant Vice President & Head of Customer Experience and Management.

Seelan graduated in BCompSc (Hons) from Disted-Stamford College in collaboration with USM and thereafter in MSc. in Computer Science specializing in Neural Network Application (AI) from University of Science Malaysia (USM). He is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified Dell Brand Champion both accredited by Dell Inc. He is also a Certified Training

Professional accredited jointly by Asian Region of Training & Development Organization (Philippines) and Institute of Training Development (Malaysia) and a Certified Trainer by the Human Resource Development Fund, Malaysia. He is also a Certified Innovation Professional accredited by AWS.

Seelan is a member numerous professional bodies online where he shares best practices, have discussions and conversations with global leaders in these given groups namely Customer Experience Professional Association, Customer Experience Leaders, Call Centre Professionals, Customer Experience & VOC Excellence, Customer Experience Management Professionals, Enterprise Risk Management Professionals, Design Thinking Group, Leadership in a VUCA World and VUCA Global Management Forum.
