Management Consultant in Strategic Management | Project Facilitator
P.Rajoo is an experienced management consultant in Strategic Management. From early in his career, he has been involved in Corporate Performance Management, involving setting strategic direction and process measurement and aligning to reward management.
Prior to his consulting career, P.Rajoo gained 20 years in multinational semiconductor environment , providing strategy, process, logistic supply chain and capability performance improvement services to the organization .He was a retainer consultant in local financial institution focusing on Quality Management and design, implement and use of performance measurement systems.
In Balanced Scorecard Design, and Project Implementation he has six to seven years of experience in developing Balanced Scorecard in USA. Singapore, Indonesia and in the Malaysian environment.
Currently he is appointed as BSC Consultant to develop the National KPIs for the Government of Brunei.
As both a practitioner and consultant, he has developed successful Performance Measurement System using Kaplan’s framework for measuring and managing the strategic plan
Previously, he worked in a large manufacturing company for 20 years, as a Production head for 3 years, and 17 years as a Training and Development Manager.
As a trainer he had designed and delivered several training programs in Supervisory and Management Development ; Basic Supervisory Skills, Inventory Management, Interaction management, KT Problem Solving & Decision Making, QCC – leaders and facilitators training, TQM/ TPM.
In the last 3 years, he has facilitated projects identified by the design teams during the design thinking workshops in Samsung Korea ( ‘ Smart phone’ energy saving application’), Singapore HDB (‘ Design experience for the elderly for living’) and Brunei’s Ministry of Education ( Design Learning Experience for Special Needs Children, Petro Vietnam (‘Design User Experience in Service Delivery’).
