Hah Chee Khean has over 7 years of experience in training and development as a trainer and coach specializing in advanced business skills and tools that enable businesses to increase its sales revenue and to grow progressively. His main focus is in helping companies to develop high performance leaders and teams by empowering individuals with the right skill-sets and tools that enables them to create extraordinary results in the workplace. Hah believes that to achieve any success, we must embrace leadership. His mission is to ‘Empower Leaders to Empower Others’.

Prior to his training and development career, Hah was the Operations Manager of an international elevator manufacturing company. Hah has successfully built and grew the operation in Malaysia from a start-up to RM6 million in annual turnovers within 4 years.
Hah has a total 16 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Throughout his career, he has repeatedly helped companies in savings millions of Ringgits through solution focused problem solving methodologies and productivity measures. His mantra is ‘Keep It Simple and Straightforward’. Hah has experience in diverse areas i.e., Production, Quality Control, Inventory, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, Product R&D, Human Resource and Sales & Marketing. During this period, Hah has a double role as Export Sales Manager for 4 years, where he secured million Ringgits of sales monthly.
