Goh Chee Leong

CEO of HELP University | Leader | Educator | Psychologist | Coach

Dr. Goh is the CEO for tertiary at the HELP Education Group, overseeing HELP University and HELP Academy. He was the founding CEO for HELP Education Services, establishing HELP International School, Kuala Lumpur, and Crescendo-HELP International School, Johor Bahru. 

Formerly, he served as Vice President of HELP University and founded the Faculty of Behavioral Sciences, known for one of the largest Psychology programs in Southeast Asia. Dr. Goh lectured on various topics including Organizational Psychology and Cognitive Psychology. 

He was Group CEO for XCL Education, Malaysia, overseeing Sri KDU Schools, REAL Schools, REAL Kids, and Cambridge English for Life. Dr. Goh held significant positions in psychological associations, including treasurer for IUPsyS and President of PSIMA. 

With a PhD in Psychology from the University of Otago, New Zealand, Dr. Goh led UNICEF projects in Malaysia and conducted studies on youth psychosocial factors in Timor Leste. 

He’s a renowned consultant and trainer for companies like Shell, Petronas, and Prudential, specializing in areas such as change management and leadership.

 Dr. Goh is a prolific writer and speaker, contributing to publications like the Star and conducting workshops for parents nationwide. He’s also developed courses for the financial service industry focusing on emotional intelligence and psychology.
