Eric has been actively involved in coaching, group facilitation, public speaking and the development and delivery of, (1) adult learning and (2) leadership development, programmes both nationally and internationally for the last 20 years.
He has facilitated and worked with a variety of organisations, that among others include Petronas, Bank Negara Malaysia, DiGi, Maxis, Sime Darby, VADS Malaysia, BASF, McDonald’s Malaysia, Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development, Asian Research for Child and Adolescent Development Malaysia, and Asia South Pacific Bureau of Adult Education.
He has been successful through coaching, seminars, and group facilitation in enabling a culture of dialogue for organizational and social change. Over the years he has helped people develop a healthy and positive perspective of themselves, their work and their personal environment.
Eric is a trained counselor and he now acts as a career counselor, business and life coach. He is actively involved in working with organizations developing effective coaching and counseling strategies and methodologies as well as providing career counselling for people in transitions.
Currently, he is the Director of CAREERsense, HELP University’s career development centre, as well as the Centre for Workplace Performance and Learning.
