As a HR practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in various industries, Carol has hired, coached, motivated, and mentored new hires and existing employees in sales, marketing, customer services, compliance, and finance. She was also involved actively in conducting training programs for different groups of employees.
She is a Certified NLP Practitioner of Neuro-Semantics Institute, USA. She was a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management) and Panel Member (Employer) of the Industrial Court of Malaysia. Academically, she has an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Bachelor of Business in Business Administration, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Train the Trainer from HRDC, and Competent Communicator Certificate from Toastmasters Club among others.
She has undergone extensive training on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977, Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002, SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), and C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership against Terrorism) which enabled her to play a key role to place internal controls and conduct a risk assessment in the organizations she has worked in.
