Benedict is a fervent advocate of The 5 Principles of Adult Learning and believes that within every employee exists performance potential, which if nurtured effectively, will collectively form the basis for the realisation of any organisation’s vision.
This belief has kept his passion in training ablaze for the past 22 years. His accolades include experience to implement a wide range of approximately 90 over soft skills training programmes, cross cultural training experience that encompass countries across Asia, his ability in both developing and delivering training programmes (few trainers are able to do both well) and to be able to develop and conduct training in dual languages i.e. English and Bahasa Malaysia, fluently. Among the local and multinationals he has designed, developed and facilitated training programmes for, are (the then) MBf Mastercard Services, American Express Travel Related Services, Jaring, Telekom Malaysia, Malaysian Ministry of Agriculture, MDeC, MIDA, KFC, BSN, CIMB, Nestle, AIG, Jasa Merin, CHARTIS, KFC Holdings, Yaohan, Dome, Roasters Asia Pacific, I-Berhad, WestPorts, Electrolux, Linfox, SCICOM Academy, TNB and DiGi Telenor, to name a few.
He is also an independent consultant providing services for training needs identification to various organisations. He is a member of the Malaysian Society for Training & Development for the past 15 years and have been actively involved in their various member programmes and events
His work experience has taken him across the borders of Malaysia to countries like Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and The Philippines. He has provided training interventions through a wide range of customised programmes for the development of human capital.
