Programme Objective

At the end of the programme, participants should be able to:
  • Activate a mindset of curiosity and strategic foresight to navigate disruption.
  • Forecast the outcomes of decisions and anticipate challenges in a VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) environment.
  • Experiment with new leadership behaviors in a psychologically safe lab, revealing blind spots and authentic patterns.
  • Realize the gap between their planned actions and real-world outcomes, enabling a deeper understanding of personal and team dynamics.
  • Reflect on the experience to integrate insights and translate them into measurable results for their teams and organizations.

Programme Outline

Module

Description

Module 1: Activation

Ignite curiosity and motivation through a compelling challenge. Participants will be immersed in the Evivve simulation to understand the game mechanics and objectives, setting the foundation for high-impact learning.

Module 2: Forecasting

Transition from awareness to strategy. This module supports the brain's natural process of planning and risk assessment. Participants will analyze the system, anticipate challenges, and develop initial strategies based on their observations.

Module 3: Experimentation

Step into the lab to test your hypotheses. The Evivve simulation creates a psychologically safe environment for participants to experiment with new behaviors, team dynamics, and decision-making styles without real-world risk.

Module 4: Realization

Connect theory to practice. This phase presents a data-driven view of how planned actions diverged from real outcomes, enabling a deeper awareness of behavioral patterns and blind spots.

Module 5: Reflection

This is where the learning sticks. Through guided debriefs and structured reflection, participants will make sense of their experience, integrate key insights, and create an actionable plan to apply their new skills in their professional lives.
