Zaid Mohammad

Zaid Mohamad is a former senior manager of Procter & Gamble Inc., the world largest consumer goods company.  During his 14-year stint with the global multinational corporation, he had assumed multiple corporate roles in Finance, Marketing and Procurement divisions of the company.  His last role was the Asia-Pacific Regional Procurement Leader for Design and Marketing Agencies, managing multi-million dollars’ worth of contracts across the region. He had also been entrusted to revamp the agencies’ compensation structure, working with multifunctional people across the globe.

With over 15 years of working experience with Procter & Gamble, he is a qualified corporate interviewer and trainer for various modules, as well as being certified as a Career Success Coach. He had made big impacts in the local, regional and global scenes within P&G before deciding to leave to set up an NGO called Smart Parents Network through which he had provided parenting skill training to thousands of parents all over Malaysia. 

Besides organizing training classes through his organization, he has also implemented diverse learning solution for career management and human relations training for Malakoff Berhad, TalentCorp, Bursa Malaysia, Science University of Malaysia, National University of Malaysia, MARA University of Technology and Telekom Malaysia.  

In terms of career success coaching, he had delivered successful coaching programs to clients such as Malakoff Corporation Berhad (senior leaders of VP and above), TalentCorp Malaysia (senior managers), Johor Port Berhad (Genereal Managers level), Convex Sdn Bhd (KLCC management company – senior managers level), AmBank Group (mid-managers level) and MIDF (Project Coaching for Senior Managers).

Zaid Mohamad holds an honours degree in Finance from University of Bridgeport and graduated with Summa Cum Laude (the highest honor level).  He was initiated into Sigma Beta Delta society and featured in “Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities” for his contributions and academic achievements.
