Siti Norhuda Datuk Mahadi has been actively involved in training industry since 2004. Her many years of experience in marketing, selling, customer service and communication in several multinational organizations provides her with the winning edge of creating better engagement with the participants in the effort of bringing out their maximum potential. 

Having designed and carried out training programs in communication and presentation skills, sales and customer service excellence, supervisory skills and many more, Norhuda enjoys discovering and nurturing potentials for the benefits of both individual and corporate excellence. In her previous testimonials, participants described her training programs as inspiring, refreshing, enjoyable and highly practical. 

In her tenure of serving the corporate organizations, she had travelled to Japan, Philippines, Hong Kong and Singapore which provides her with valuable exposure in people dynamics. Assigned to develop a curriculum for Hotel Trainee Program in 2010 for a particular chain of hotel, she started to gain special interest in hospitality industry that inspires her even more in the effort of nurturing service excellence. 

Also acts as an Associate Consultant to other consulting firm, Norhuda has participated in Recruitment and Talent Management projects for several GLCs and banking instituitions. 

Among clients she has worked with are Bank Rakyat, Panasonic, KYM, SME Bank, Mutiara Rini, Sisson Paints, Pharmaniaga, Boustead Holdings Berhad, UAC, government agencies and many more. She holds a masters degree from Universiti Teknologi Mara, Shah Alam specializing in Business Administration and a certified trainer by PSMB. 

Norhuda is also a Certified Trainer for Harrison Assessment Accreditation Program.
