Ong Ewe Hock

Ong Ewe Hock is currently the  CEO and Associate Consultant for C2B Associates Malaysia. As the CEO, he empowers people and organisation through Executive Coaching, Mentoring, Leadership Development & Succession Planning. He also builds sustainable advantage through Behavioral Selling Competency Development & Business Advisory Services. Apart from that, he also collaborates as a Faculty Partner in Leaderonomics Malaysia to empower more people with his knowledge and skills. Apart from that he is also the Chairman and Chairperson for Institutional Alliance where he contributes to the building of ethical commerce in Malaysia, improves the quality of life and integrity of Malaysians. 

He holds a Bachelor in Chemistry (Honours) from the University of Malaya and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Ong has recently completed his training as a coach under the “Results Coaching System” powered by the Neuro-Leadership Group, USA. He is also a certified facilitator for the US based BayGroup Consulting Advanced

Negotiation Program ( Price Pressure Workshop), and the Master Facilitator for DuPont’s “Negotiation to Yes” negotiation modules and ‘7 Steps Selling Process” in ASEAN.

Ong Ewe Hock started his career with DuPont in 1992 and has held various regional and global positions in the US, Singapore and Malaysia prior to his current appointment. He has vast experience in sales and marketing, global demand planning, quality management, regulatory affairs and organizational competency development. In the course of his 21 years at DuPont, Ewe Hock has contributed extensively towards the development of DuPont business in Fluoro-Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Titanium Dioxides and most recently new business development in the area of safety & sustainability, enhancing Food Security and Agriculture Development in Malaysia. Ewe Hock’s passion for organization competency development and the belief in unlocking the individual potential through the DuPont Bradley Curve behavioral change management process has helped to enhance the human capital and organization capability in DuPont Malaysia and the region, consistent with the four pillars of DuPont.

His core values are Safety, Environmental Stewardship, Highest Ethical Standards and Respect for People. He is a strong believer of Diversity and Inclusion, supported by Meritocracy. He is actively involved in various social and charity organizations and hold an EXCO position at the Chemical Industries Council of Malaysia (CICM) and has recently being appointed to chair the 2015 ICHEME-CICM 3rd Hazard Asia Pacific Conference organizing committee.
