Manmeet Kalra s the Founder and Principal Consultant of Falcon Mind Sdn. Bhd. He has been a trainer and consultant for the more than 3 years. He has extensive experience in Leadership and Soft Skills program. Manmeet engaged himself in a fulfilling career as a Trainer with the Malaysian Humanitarian Foundation where he developed and conducted training programs, on relationship building, Influencing leadership. Communication skills, and many more. 

His background from IT in various department and companies have made it easier for him to train in both Leadership and Soft Skills. Manmeet is a member and certified from ICF (International Coaching Federation) which license him to be personal coach. He has also been Certified by Train the Trainers by the HRDF. Manmeet is also certified in various IT professional Certification such as Project management Insititute (PMI), Essential Team Management (EOTM), Situational Leadership, ITIL and Six Sigma Green Belt. 

Apart from serving as a member of the Governance Board in providing key decisions to drive the company forward for Huntsman. He has work closely with Directors and well CEO, CIO with the aim of achieving specific business objectives to drive improvement. At the same time provided counsel to senior executives on communications strategies on the client side. He has extensive experience in communications counsel work. Strong people managing skill in developing talent and potentials through job role enrichment as well as training, coaching and mentoring with more than 15 years of extensive management experience through accomplished and successful career. 

Manmeet’s interpersonal skills is focus on human interaction, conflict and communication competencies where his Personal Development programs focus on self-empowerment, confidence and enhancing individual potential. The Leadership program conducted by Manmeet focus on middle and senior management competencies. 

Manmeet role at Huntsman Global Business Services allowed him to gain first-hand experience in mentoring and coaching staff members and managers. With his strong interest in leadership and talent development, he initiated and developed a number of internal management training workshops for the firm.He also designed and conducted more than a dozen local and regional corporate training programs to equip managers and executives to communicate more effectively with diverse stakeholders including staff members, the media, professional and retail investors.
