Logarajah (Logga) is a HRDF Certified Train The Trainer. He is also a Marketing Professional with strong Project Management, SEO, Digital Marketing and Decision Science skill sets. Logga worked at Fortune500 companies and is currently with Kognifi, ensuring direction, execution and business goals are met. Logga has over 28 years of experience in management, operations, sales and marketing in multinational corporations in highly regulated and fast-moving industries especially in the Asia PacificTechnology and Medical Device industry.
His career with Ciba-Geigy, B. Braun Medical, Tyco Healthcare, Dell and Flextronics has enabled him in cultures and countries in the Asia-Pacific, Europe and the United States. Logga started in Healthcare in 1992, as a Hospital Sales Rep with Ciba-Geigy. Moved on to International Product Management with B. Braun Medical. Finally, to be Country Manager Malaysia and then Regional Manager with Tyco Healthcare. Logga went into high tech sales and Marketing with Dell. Thereafter, it was to Flextronics in the Contract Management and Manufacturing arena. He led Key Account activities in Malaysia and Singapore across 5 sites, as the focal point for a global client of Flextronics.
Not only has he given training to business leaders, managers, executives and IT & Business students, but also to Asia-Pacific surgeons, doctors and nurses in hospitals. Logga founded TR Logga in 2012, consulting in management and marketing. Logga consulted Baycom and managed its project negotiations and deployments for Celcom and MCMC. Logga is currently with Kognifi managing its development as an SEO and digital marketing organization based on AI decision science. Kognifi is also a certified Training Provider (TP) for HRDF.
As an HRDF certified trainer, Logga conducts analytics, digital marketing, management and digital transformation skills training courses as approved by HRDF. These programs have helped businesses built digital capabilities in-house for effective sales and marketing management, which have improved execution, spend and ownership of its target market data.
