BIOGRAPHY
Jonathan Low brings with him 20 years of professional and global hospitality experiences. He was the former Area Director of Sales, Parkroyal Hotels & Resorts and Area Director of Revenue Management with Renaissance and Marriott Asia Pacific.
As one of Asia leading Relationship Mastery & Leadership coach facilitators, Jonathan facilitated numerous revenue management, sales & relationship mastery, customer service and leadership programs. He is also deeply involved as a transformational and inspirational speaker at numerous conferences and conventions.
An international trainer, coach and speaker, he has successfully delivered greatly engaging programs to international participants (ranging from executives to senior managers and directors) in Beijing, Bangkok, Bali, Jakarta, Jogjakarta, Surabaya, Hanoi, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. He has also supported well-known global leading hotel groups and multinational corporations in improving their performance, productivity and profitability.
Jonathan obtained his MBA from RMIT University, Melbourne. He is also certified in Swiss Hotel Management & ALHA by Hotel Institute of Management, Switzerland and Hotel Revenue Management by Cornell University, USA. His is a certified professional trainer, professional coach, and NLP practioner.
As the President of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS) and an active member of the Malaysian Institute of Management, ToastMasters International and Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI), Jonathan derives great joy and satisfaction having been able to share, assist and to be an integral part in the growth of the human capital.
