Rashmi Menon is the Country MD for Leaderonomics Services Malaysia (LSM), where she works with a wide variety of organisations to help develop their best and brightest talent into leaders for now and the future.
Rashmi’s started her career in IT software design & development and worked on designing, developing and implementing a wide variety of software. She started her IT career with Tata Infotech in India where she worked on airline systems software, her next stint was with Ramco Systems working on AI based process control systems as well as web based management systems. Moving out of India to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, she joined EY in their Advisory division, helping clients in a range of IT advisory projects such as IT transformations and large system implementations to name a few.
Rashmi has been in Malaysia since 2010, and this is where she switched her career focus to Human Capital Development, so she could “see the difference she made”. After a short career break, Rashmi took on a role with the Industry Partnership team at Talencorp, where she worked on building and nurturing Industry partnerships and advocating strongly for career comeback for women, flexible work-life arrangements for all employees, and student career advancement.
After moving to Leaderonomics Malaysia, her focus has been on human capital & leadership development. In her current role in Leaderonomics, she heads the Leaderonomics Corporate arm focusing on the entire talent development ecosystem. She is responsible for setting strategy and defining the direction of the organization, with the end aim of adding value and delivering lasting impact for LSM’s clients. She works with clients to understand the challenges faced by companies in developing their talent to fulfill business needs, while at the same time meeting the talents short and long term aspirations for growth and development.
Rashmi is passionate about people and their unlimited potential to grow and excel, given the right guidance and interventions. She believes strongly that leadership development and people centered policies are the key to organizational transformation and impact society as as whole.
