As CEO & Founder of Talent Tribe Solutions, Rupa has over 25 years of work experience in the consulting and services sector. Her 12 years in consulting lies predominantly in change management, project management, HR assessments, talent development as well as employee engagement. She has served within the Big Four international consulting firms, in senior managerial roles leading projects focusing on a variety of operations and strategic improvements. Subsequently, she served 5 years in an Asia Pacific shared services center working as a Senior Manager in operational and human resource roles within a German based Fortune 500 company regarded as a world leader in the chemical industry.

Her in depth work experience throughout her career has seen her think, build and operate various types of projects with a focus on, Change Management, Project Management and Human Resource initiatives in the public and private sectors. Being passionate about driving successful change, she strongly believes in customizing approaches to suit the requirements of each organization she works with. She has worked extensively with MNC’s, GLC’s as well as within the Start Up Accelerators in Malaysia and across the region.

Rupa lives by the famous quote by the artist Pablo Picasso who said, “The purpose of life is to find your gift and the meaning of life is to give it away”. She is passionate about change and transformations be it organizational or personal and believes its all starts with self discovery. Upon knowing one’s gifts (strengths), individuals are empowered to make great contributions to organizations and communities. This led her to becoming a Gallup Strengths Coach who has coached senior leaders from various industries. Her passion for coaching is fueled by the transformative nature of strengths coaching in enabling engagement and happiness at work and beyond.

LEADING WORKPLACE CHANGE IS DESIGNED TO ADDRESS GAPS THAT EXIST IN ORGANIZATIONS UNDERGOING TRANSFORMATIVE CHANGES TO ADAPT TO THE DIGITAL WORLD, SO THAT MULTIPLE CHANGE INTITIATIVES ARE BETTER PLANNED, DELIVERED AND LEVERAGED AGAINST OTHER ORGANIZATION INITIATIVES. WHILST UNDERTAKING ALL THESE ACTIVITIES, IT IS ALSO IMPORTANT TO ENSURE THAT THE BUSINESS VALUE (BENEFITS) OF THE CHANGE INITIATIVE IS ACHIEVED AND STAKEHOLDER EXPECTATIONS ARE ANTICIPATED AND MANAGED.

Programme Objective 

At the end of the programme, participants should be able to:
  • Identify and express the nature of change (digitalisation) and its impact to their organization.
  • Formulate a change management plan to drive change and increase user adoption and cater to the various challenges that is likely to arise in the change journey.
  • Identify and manage individual change.
  •  Have the tools and know how to identify and manage the expectations of key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy in towards the change.
  • Demonstrate skills and knowledge via interactive activities such as role plays and case studies to build confidence and resilience.
