Sheela is an accomplished trainer in the training industry since 2009 and has been in the Corporate Arena for the past 30 years, specifically in the areas of Customer Service, Business Practices and Human Resources arena. Her career is colored with a myriad of work experience. This includes working with SME’s in the Palm Oil Industry as well a in the Insurance Policy Investigation field. She moved into the Aviation Industry in 1989 with General Electric Inc specifically in the Aviation sector where she held various roles namely Customer Service, Compliance/Business Practices, Finance Black Belt, HR Project Leader for SEA and Global Mobility Services as Process Improvement Leader for SEA. She left GE in 2009 to start a new chapter in the world of Training.

Sheela is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Master NLP Practitioner, Personality Profiler and Coach. Her strong passion for enabling leaders and their teams to break mental barriers and ‘raise the bar’ has enriched and strengthened her desire to constantly challenge status quo and keeping pushing the bar. Her primary training methods for all levels of management revolving around the areas of Leadership Development, Performance & Talent Development, Effective Communication Skills, Presentations Skills, Change Management, Critical Thinking Skills, Conflict Management, DiSC/MBTI Profiling and Behavioral Analysis, LEAN SS/Process Improvement, Stress Management and Team Building.

 

Programme Objective 

At the end of the programme, participants should be able to:

 

  • Develop a 360-degree view of LEAN and how it can be implemented in any organization.
  • Identify the fundamentals of lean manufacturing, lean enterprise, and lean principles.
  • Describe the key dimensions of quality – product features and freedom from deficiencies
  • Develop attributes and value according to the Kaizen and Just In Time models.

 

  • Give examples of how poor quality affects operating expenses in the areas of appraisal, inspection costs, internal failure costs, and external failure costs
  • Using basic techniques and tools in a simulated process to understand how to utilise these tools in your day to day work.
  •  Clarify the types of tools and the skills that will help identify how to resolve issues and problems before they become to difficult to handle and end up being a major financial loss to the organizations
  • To instill self-confidence and the understanding that employees are the life blood of an organization and that by enhancing the knowledge and skill set they will improve their performance and increase their value which ultimately contributes to their career success.
